Driving through the fast track lane, I received a text message asking me to pay the toll. I don't know how to pay, or if this is real or a scam.
Preferred solution: A phone call
Adding vehicle
I asked a question and noone replied tome . Fastrack is worse than white house , at least over there they respond to people.

I was with passenger and it turned into fast track and I got out the lane. I dont remember ever driving in fast track today.
Pay bill
I am trying to get thru to customer service and the phone number is not accepting any calls or messages
User's recommendation: Just please have someone available to take calls
You’ve been billing me and I haven’t fast track in over 10 years
I got a text message saying I was gonna get a late fee if I didnt pay my bill I havent used past track ever since more than 10 years
Im afraid somebodys been using mine or its just a technical error,
Will this affect my credit rating

3 debit cards have been denied however all 3 cards have plenty of $ on them fast trak has a discontinued phone number!
I wish to report threatening text messages supposedly from fastrak requiring payment.
I received 2 separate threatening text messages, one from the country code : 63, instructing me to clink on links to make payments, which of course I did not do.
User's recommendation: Be aware of these scams and do not access the links and pay.

Received text message to pay a bill
Received a text message to pay a bill to an avoid legal actions but I havent being used the fast track road on December 2024

I changed my sign in info when I had a concussion. And of course did not write it down.
Now I cannot sign into my account.
I need to get into my account so that I can make payments and keep my account funded. Please find a way to help me do this and tell me what to do to make it happen.
I received the t suspicious text saying I had an unpaid invoice.
I received a suspicious text saying I had an unpaid bill. I never received a bill. I was told not to open the text link in case it is spam so I tried to call the phone number and it was a phone not working.

I was trying to be pro-active. I called your help line but I didn't think any of the electronic options applied to my question.
The "help chat" said that I should speak to a technician - and asked me if I wanted to "chat online" or "receive a phone call." I tried both but I had to PAY for either option. I don't understand why your staff is unable to help with my simple question? My question is still unresolved and it follows here - can you help me?
My husband received a new transponder when he updated the Credit Card payment on his Fastrak account. He said that I need a new transponder - one that allows me to program in the # of passengers in the car in order to enter monitored carpool lanes.
I still have an old transponder that seems to working well, do I need to replace it??
If I need to replace it - will I receive notification from FasTrak?? So far I have not used the electronic carpool lane that I know of???
