The website is very complicated and I simply wanted to speak with a customer service to verify the license plates of my car and I am not going to recommend it to anyone.

I am in the Bay Area visiting and brought my own transponder. I registered the transponder with my rental car license plate and wanted to be sure that would work.

When I called, they checked that it was a limited time connection between the transponder and the rental car and it was all set.

I went over the San Rafael Bridge yesterday and the connection was verified. Amazingly easy.
