They were able to immediately identify it as a scam Given me great confidence they were able explain their policy to never send a text but only by certified mail

I think the scam originates from employees in the fast track, toll road system, itself. They are sending letters to anybody who drives through and they get their name and address.

That’s how a person on the inside could send these messages out and fool people buy them thinking that they drove through that region or use that highway, and that they did something wrong. The criminals are in the toll road system itself.

I dont have a picture or any information on what theyre trying to charge me for except texting me that I need to take care of this. It doesnt even say how much I cant get any information.

I am in the Bay Area visiting and brought my own transponder. I registered the transponder with my rental car license plate and wanted to be sure that would work.

When I called, they checked that it was a limited time connection between the transponder and the rental car and it was all set.

I went over the San Rafael Bridge yesterday and the connection was verified. Amazingly easy.

There is no more info to tell, and I dont owe nothing, cause I havent traveled California in years and I dont know why you have contacted me and not paying anything, in fact if you are scamming me I will contact someone to help with this so I need to talk with someone in person

Im being text messaged about using your toll road today and I havent driven on it anytime on December 14th, which is today! Im pissed!

This is probably the most inept company I have ever heard about. My best friend was just fired because he got a low score on a test while he was still in his training.

He just started and you guys didn't give him a chance at all, not even when he asked if there was something better he could have done. Do better, FasTrak!

The website is very complicated and I simply wanted to speak with a customer service to verify the license plates of my car and I am not going to recommend it to anyone.

Incorrect number. I called but the phone hung up.

I know nothing about this. I kept trying, but it kept hanging up and I couldn't talk to anyone.

I received a text saying they were Fastrak. Its a scam.

Dont enter your credit card information. Beware!!!

Never had a bad service experience - whoever hires their phone reps is doing a great job - everyone always friendly sharp and professional
